Can I just say that I LOVED recording this podcast?! I interview Angie Sinclair, a former Oxmoor House kitchen assistant, food stylist, recipe editor… and oh! She’s my momma too. We talk about food, working in a test kitchen, my culinary skills (or lack thereof), her Granny Tressie and Granny Fern, blue bathrooms in the 70s, magic roast pans, the difference between yams and sweet potatoes, sweet potato toppings… and so much more.
